InkCharger 710
The InkCharger 710 is essential to every entry-level line of filling machines. It refills the HP 26/29/6614, 45/6615, Canon BC02/BC20, Lexmark 1970/050 style cartridges, and the new HP #27/56/96. It also can fill the bladder cartridges like the HP 10-12 series and some larger ml Epson cartridges. CLEANING

JetClean 100

Semi-Automatic sealing device for applying blue tape onto the nozzles of 51645/6615 and 1823/78 type cartridges. Proper sealing is important to prevent leaking. Requires air connection.

ST 100 Plus
The Shoptester 100plus, which is also a pin version, has been developed for the existing ST100 customers. The unit will fit underneath the ST100 and has a station for the HP 90/300 series, as well as the new Lexmark cartridges. A must for all customers who already have a ST100!

Shoptester 200-6
The new and improved Shoptester 200-6 circuit and print tests more than 80 different cartridges and is an industrial grade pin version tester just like the Smartprinter product line. The unit can test the HP 90/300 series as well as the new Lexmark 30/80 series cartridges. The ST 200-6 has 6 stations, with spaces for a further 2 stations when needed. The ST200 also has the capability to convert HP cartridges and will still have the same footprint as the Shoptester 100.

This fully programable machine is an important tool in the draining and cleaning process of foam cartridges. The accleleration and decelaration is fully programmable. The maximum speed can be adjusted between 1000 - 4000 RPM. The unit comes with a completely universal holding fixtures for virtually all popular cartridge types. The SM 100 is ideal for the small to moderate volume cartridge remanufacturer.

TopSaw 100
This new machine provides an easy method for removing the black Lexmark cartridge tops in a consistent manner. The tops are cut from the cartridge smoothly and cleanly, with very little operator setup and effort. The surface of the cartridge is left free of burrs and jagged edges, leaving it ideal for a good weld. The leftover OEM cartridge tops are not fit to be reused after removal.

VacDry 500
VacDry 500 vacuum-drying machine for HP 1823-type cartridges. This unique machine has been thoroughly tested for several months at CBR-SME. After 1823-type cartridges have been centrifuged to remove water after flush-cleaning, the sponges are able to retain a certain amount of water that centrifuging simply cannot remove. The VacDry 500 is the solution to this problem.

VacuumMate 900(Basic Machine)
The VacuumMate 900 is a vacuum testing device used to check the cartridge housing integrity and proper sealing of the cartridge. The automatic cycle builds up to a pre-selected amount of vacuum (-.65bar) and holds it for a preset time.

JetDry 100
The Jet Dry 100 ( flushdry ) allows inkjet cartridge foam drying through patent pending technology developed by CBR-SME. It is intended to be used in conjunction with a flush-cleaning machine such as CBR-SME’s VersaClean 440, which uses warm water to flush excess ink from the cartridge foams. After centrifuging, the JetDry 100 utilizes a unique heated, forced air system to target the foam cores, thoroughly drying the foams in a relatively short period of time.
