FAES USA, Inc. receives ISO 9001:2000 certification
Franklin, Tennessee USA – FAES USA, Inc., distributor of CBR-SME brand inkjet equipment, is proud to announce the certification of its quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 with design.
After well over a year of preparation and internal structuring, FAES USA’s Quality Management System went through its ISO audit in mid-July 2003, and shortly thereafter was informed that the organization had passed on its first attempt. On August 8th 2003, FAES USA was officially designated as ISO 9001:2000 certified.
“It was the big effort from everybody in our company that made it possible to implement this quality management system,” stated FAES USA’s General Manager Marcel Kunz. “It will help us in our quest to be more customer-focused and it gives us the tools for continuous improvement.”
With the CBR-SME brand of inkjet remanufacturing equipment, FAES USA, together with its partner CBR Engineering AG, pioneered the industry. Leading the industry again, FAES USA is the first inkjet equipment remanufacturer to receive the ISO certification.
