An amalgamation of the best features of the SpinMaxx 240™ High Capacity (36 carts per cycle) machine and the centrifuge in the wildly successful Inkjetfactory® All-in-one retail system, the SpinMaxx™ 100 has a number of key features that are especially noteworthy.
First, since the SpinMaxx™ 100 is microprocessor-controlled, the critical acceleration and deceleration rates are fully programmable.This feature has been proven to minimize foam shifting and diminish nozzle-plate damage over other centrifuge types.Also, the RPM speeds are fully adjustable up to an astounding 3500 RPM!
Second, the SpinMaxx™ 100 requires no additional fixturing.The unit comes standard with a 4-up universal cartridge fixture (works for most every cartridge type) which eliminates the need for additional cartridge fixturing or time-consuming switchovers.The SpinMaxx™ 100 cartridge nest is located only 2” below the top-loading housing door so cartridge loading and extraction is extremely quick and efficient.
Finally, the SpinMaxx™ 100 has a built-in door lock for operator safety, a compact (12” x 13” x 16”) heavy-duty steel chassis, 110V standard power supply, and a four cartridge per minute spin cycle. It is durable enough for both retail and industrial inkjet production-line environments.
