Mark joined the company as IT Administrator in 2000 after working with the company for several years as a consultant. He has earned both the Certified Systems Administrator and the Certified Professional certificates from Microsoft.
In this new position Mark will be resolving technical customer service issues in his usual masterful way. Mark will also contribute to the linguistic diversity of the company’s customer service as he speaks both Spanish and English.
