SME Has A Great Solution for Tough To Clean “Shoe Polish” Residue
Franklin, TN – A new solution for cleaning Lexmark pigmented ink from cartridges has been introduced by SME (formerly FAES USA). The power of the new Lexmark PlugBuster Solution coupled with the action of the VersaClean 460 Ink Jet Cartridge Flushing/Cleaning System is proving very effective in removing “shoe-polish” residue from cartridges - without having to remove their screens. Results have been so phenomenal that supply sales executive Whitney Hudson refers to it as a “killer” solution. The VersaClean 460 cartridge cleaning machine alternately uses temperature-controlled cleaning solution, purified water and air pressure in user-specified microprocessor-controlled cycles to flush the inside and print head of a cartridge. A wide variety of quick-change fixtures allow cleaning virtually all print-head type cartridges on the market, including those with hard to clean Lexmark pigmented black ink. Lexmark PlugBuster Solution can be diluted 4:1 to pre-soak cartridges up to 3 hours before flushing/cleaning. It is available in both one gallon and 40 gallon containers. More information about these and other high quality ink jet remanufacturing products is readily available.
